When we infuse added ingredients we make sure it’s the absolute freshest! For this seltzer, we puréed and juiced the cucumber and lime giving it a natural sweetness in the front and a kick of tartness in the back.
Like actual limoncello, you could throw it back just as easily. A hint of sweetness from the infused vanilla which compliments the fresh squeezed lemon nicely.
Flora is our base sour, and we will take smaller batches of it to create unique blends that accentuate and compliment the subtle tartness. We also base our special one-offs for what people may be feeling as the seasons come and go.
This brew was infused with pear, cinnamon sticks and nutmeg. These spices shine through nicely in the aromas and especially at the end of each sip...pairing nicely with the subtle sweetness of the pureed pear!
Dark Cherry, Cold Brew
Our base Kettle Sour, Flora, infused with cherries and fresh ground Colombian coffee. An intensely complex sour that instantly brings you in with its coffee aromas. This brew offers a juicy, rich cherry mid-mouth with the coffee coming back around in the finish…making it a definite pick-me-up!
One of our festive Oktoberfest brews for this Fall. Introducing you to our first Munich Lager. Provides a clean feel, a hint of sweetness, with a slight maltiness to the flavor, too…but overall super easy to drink!
“Live your life with Simple Habits…Georgia’s finest beer.” We sure to love to live by Barry McCloy’s words. This Saison-style/Farmhouse ale exhibits rich, fruity (almost wine-like quality) and earthy notes with an incredible Belgian-yeast body. It finishes crisp with a touch of natural spice to make it the perfect drink for anytime.
Passing by Earth
We are extremely excited about this particular IPA. This is our first Fresh Hop IPA featuring Comet hops, meaning, we brewed this beer with ultimately fresh harvested hops. You may detect light fruit forward flavors with a nice resin and earthy quality balancing out the sip experience.
Fresh Hop IPA
This IPA offers a smooth mid-mouth with easy drinking qualities. It instantly welcomes you with bursting tropical aromas and flavor characteristics. The featuring hops are Mosaic Lupomax and Nelson. We are especially excited for this Hazy goodness because of the Mosaic Lupomax hop which provides much bigger, bolder and brighter hop flavors and fruit froward amazingness in each sip. A very well balanced IPA.
Copper color with a malt backbone and clean, crisp finish. The featured hops provide this beauty with notes of floral, citrus and spice.
West Coast Pale Ale
Oktoberfest Märzen - our second official Oktoberfest release as we make our way into Fall with its classic flavor profile, a deep red amber color, as well as a nice malty flavor profile with a hint of sweetness. Perfect brew as we embrace the month long party and these seasonal changes.
An Irish Dry Stout served on Nitro, providing that smoother mouthfeel quality. Offering a dark brown, almost black, color with coffee and bittersweet chocolate qualities to the flavor. This craft brew is great for a gloomy, moody day, meant for repeat enjoyment. We are pumped to release this brew being a collab with award-winning brewers of atlanta - Scott Cole and Jay Brantley! Come try it with us!
Irish Dry Stout
We decided to take a small batch of Midnight Marauder(above) and infuse actual toasted coconut for an exciting new beer variation! This addition lends to the coffee and bittersweet chocolate notes bringing out more rich and nutty flavor characteristics.

By the Bottle
A perfect blend of grape musk flavor and aromas with a tart finish from the kettle sour brew and quality time spent with the grape skins. These Fall temps and gorgeous days are delightful pairings with this sour!
Harvested grapes from Adams Vineyard of Norcross, Georgia.
This place has a rich history dating back to to World War II. Colonel John Adams fell in love with the land, so him and his wife planted the vineyard, tended to the land and opened it up for the community during harvest time. The present community now continues this special tradition by tending to these vines and having their neighborhood and community to come pick grapes. We are so grateful for the experience and for them allowing us to do this!
A Saison/Belgian style brew that is light, refreshing and crowd pleasing. It contains rustic, earthy qualities from that Farmhouse/Saison aspect. We also let it spend quality time with lemon and lemon peel which gave gave it inviting citrus aromas as well as flavor characteristics. The Biere de Garde yeast we used translates to “beer for keeping” which is perfect as we enter into these warmer months. It’s a wonderful time to gather ‘round the table and share with loved ones.
